Where to begin...
Both individual therapy and psychedelic integration begin with a Meet & Greet session. Meet & Greet sessions can be booked by filling out the "contact" form at the bottom of any page of this site and requesting a meet & greet. These sessions will be offered in the order requests are received until all sessions are booked- then you will be put on a waitlist for the next available session.

Meet & Greet
A Meet & Greet is a free 20-minute consultation with Aleks that happens over Zoom. During this 15 minutes, we will get to know each other a little, talk about your intentions for working together, and decide if we are a good fit. A meet & greet does not guarantee that we will work together, but it is a way to determine if any of the provided services are in alignment with what you're looking for.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions offer personalized treatment that focuses on your unique needs. The goal is to help you achieve a sense of authenticity, connection, and well-being. At Spirit & Vessel, we recognize that each person’s journey is different, which is why we provide individualized support to help you achieve your goals and maintain your mental health. Therapy clients will be registered in the Simple Practice system and complete all paperwork there.

Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic integration offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to process and make the most of your psychedelic experiences. Using a holistic approach that includes a range of techniques to help you apply your psychedelic insights and revelations in a way that matters to you. Here you'll find a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your experience(s) deeper and put into place any changes that you want to make. All feelings about experiences are welcome here.
